Hello, my name is Laia. Nice to meet you! I'm from Barcelona, Spain, currently living in Spain. I like teaching and learning about new languages and cultures and also like traveling around the world. I have been teaching Spanish and Catalan as a tutor for spanish student, but also I have been tutoring foreigners to help them preparing for DELE exams. Currently I'm studing to get my spanish language teacher dregree.

As a teacher I will help you to achieve the level that you want, and try to push up your strenghts and remove your weak points. The class will be personally configured and designed for each student's profile and needs. We can work on grammar, vocabulary, and make listening and speaking practice.
Como profesora voy a ayudarte a conseguir el nivel que quieres alcanzar, intentar ver tus puntos fuertes y corregir tus puntos débiles. I really like it when Laia guides me step by step. I actually know how to say the expression but I overthink and forget the expression. Laia patiently guides me to find the right words. I really appreciate her teaching method!

The writing class with Laia is very effective. We've done a lot in one hour, including reviewing homework, doing exercise, and learning new grammar. Laia patiently and clearly explains what I don't know. I really appreciate her teaching method!
