I am a TEFL-certified English teacher with a degree in Business Administration and a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard University. I specialize in Business English and Pronunciation & Accent reduction training. My innovative teaching technique can help you express your ideas clearly and concisely. I have extensive business development and teaching experience working with corporations in Asia and North America, which has allowed me to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. Currently, I reside in the beautiful city of Victoria, Canada.我的教學經歷
In 2004, I discovered my passion for teaching while working in China. I was offered the opportunity to teach Business English to a group of Chinese professionals working for multinational companies. This short part-time stint ignited a lifelong passion for teaching. Over the years, I have taught Business English and Accent training to entrepreneurs, senior executives, bureaucrats, and politicians.
In addition to these courses, I also offer intellectual conversational English lessons that engage students in profound conversations on various topics such as current affairs, economics, geopolitics, and social & cultural issues. I teach Business English to professionals and serious college students with an intermediate level of English competency or higher. My lessons challenge students to use English as a medium to expand their understanding of the business world. This technique focuses on core business subjects such as accounting, economics, finance, management, and marketing. Students will also improve their English skills at a subconscious level.
I also specialize in Pronunciation and American Accent coaching. You will learn 40 distinct American sounds and the intricacies of accent and pronunciation. You will learn how to speak English with clarity by mastering sound reduction and linking techniques.我的教材

Akbar has excellent interactive materials about business English. You always have homework that you can do on his special website with interesting videos and quizzes. I passed the full course of MBA in English in a short version with Akbar. I totally recommend this teacher if you want to improve your Business skills and English.
