I'm a CELTA certified English Teacher from New Orleans, Louisiana! I'm a native speaker of American English, and a fluent speaker of Louisiana French, German, Spanish, and Kouri-Vini(Louisiana Créole)!
I also am an intermediate speaker of Italian, Dutch, and Portuguese, and a beginning speaker of Russian, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese! I love to learn languages, travel, ride my bike, and cook! I have called Kyoto, Japan; Bogotá, Colombia; Essen, Germany; and New Orleans home so far.我的教學經歷
I'm an outgoing, enthusiastic, and dedicated teacher! I'm always punctual, because your time is valuable! I think that there is always a way to have fun in class, even in the most difficult grammar lessons!
I have experience teaching Young Learners, High School, Adults, and Business English; beginning, intermediate, and advanced students; online and in-person; one-on-one, small groups, large classes, and students from more than 120 countries around the world!我的課程內容與教學風格
I teach North American English, my lessons are dynamic, responsive, and thorough. We will always adapt to the needs of the student, as those needs arise. Gaps in vocabulary, grammar, or pronunciation can come up in class, it's important to be able to respond to those situations flexibly and leave students feeling more confident expressing themselves! CELTA - Cambridge - 2017I completed my CELTA certification at the International House Bogotá in 2017, I taught a beginner or an intermediate class daily during the six-week, intensive program, receiving feedback and training that helped make me the teacher I am today!

Business English TeacherTaught Business English in both individual and group classes at a variety of companies in fields such as medical equipment, manufacturing, and finance. Tailored the classroom experience to benefit the native Spanish and Portuguese speaking students. Planned lessons to be relevant to student's needs and help them progress in their careers.
2018 - 2022
English TeacherTaught Chinese Young Learners online through a dedicated platform, from ABCs to high-school level. Balanced learning and fun to keep young students engaged and speaking English. Planned lessons from basic phonics to high school level civics.
2021 - 2024
English TeacherTeaches individual and group classes at all levels to an extremely diverse group of students. Manages classrooms where each student has a different native language and cultural background. Encourages students to speak as much as possible, fostering conversation and respectful debate.
