Hello, I am Adele. I am a qualified and certified TEFL and IELTS teacher. I live in the beautiful city of Cape Town, I´ve also lived and worked as a Marketeer and a Councilor in Zambia, Zimbabwe and Namibia. I can speak Afrikaans as native speaker. I love to talk about ballet, reading, hiking, as well as spending quality time with friends and family. My style of teaching is tailored to match the students' necessities as I focus mainly on teaching what they need to become proficient, whether it is reading, writing, speaking, listening, or comprehension. You are more than welcome to book a trial lesson so that we can assess together how we are going to conduct our lessons. I love to help my students polish their pronunciation, enrich their vocabulary, and perfect their usage of idiomatic expressions. I do this, through a design plan (which is conducted alongside you), so that, given a certain length of time I can provide personalized feedback on your progress and point out aspects that need to be addressed to improve your English skills.

In today's lesson, we focused on vocabulary connected to the topic 'procrastination'. In preparation for the session, Adele had shared a hilarious YouTube video and had provided words she was going to use in questions throughout the lesson. Her methodology approach helps me a lot in broadening my vocabulary.
