Hello, I'm Annette. My background is in geography and education and I have 38 years experience in Teaching, Tourism and Visitor Services. I specialise in supporting B2-C2 students developing their skills for study, travel and life!
I love being outdoors, especially walking by the coast and in the countryside; but have lived in London and overseas, and enjoy exploring towns, cities and culture both locally & further afield too, including in The Netherlands and Hong Kong.
I love connecting with students worldwide from all backgrounds and situations.
Enthusiastic and committed, I welcome motivated and committed students of all backgrounds and look forward to meeting you in a Trial lesson!我的教學經歷

I’m a highly experienced TEFL qualified online teacher and former classroom teacher. I'm friendly, flexible and patient and want you to feel relaxed and enjoy our lessons as you further develop your existing English skills and knowledge :-)
However, I'm also happy to give clarity and direction on all aspects of English.
I like to understand why you're learning English, what your approximate current level is, and how I can best support you to cover your learning priorities.
I will happily offer regular and positive, but honest feedback as we go!

Teaching and learning is a dynamic and interactive process, so I try to work in ways which support your learning best through eg
- Conversation appropriate to your level, skills and interests.
- Using material to read and discuss thoughts and opinions on.
- Providing structured support, practise and preparation for exams, interviews or presentations.
- And giving detailed, informed feedback.
Learning (& teaching!) should be interesting and fun and we'll agree plans together.
