Some of them are the Filipino 101 (FIL 101), Filipino 102 (FIL 102), and Filipino 103 (FIL 103) courses that molded me to learn more about our national language here in the Philippines which is Filipino/Tagalog. Cebuano is also considered as my native language that is widely spoken all throughout the country, but no organization that certifies someone's level of Cebuano fluency.

I've completed six lessons with Ryan so far, and he's been an incredible teacher! He's patient, attentive, and always takes the time to ensure I fully understand each concept—even when it takes me a while to get there.
What I really appreciate is how well he tailors each lesson to my learning style. He quickly picks up on the areas where I’m doing well and where I’m struggling, then adjusts the lesson accordingly to better support my progress.
I highly recommend Ryan to anyone eager to learn Tagalog!

Ryan is a really good teacher and incredibly nice! His teaching style is really personalized. When I first started class he had me do a quick proficiency test to see where my Tagalog skills were at and now all the lessons we do are more tailored to what I need. Ive taken two classes so far and I am planning on taking classes regularly in the future.

Galing si Ryan! He is great, and really tailors the class to your life, being able to speak about who you are as a person. Really helped me explain myself in another language. Also, teaching the foundation of words in a concrete structure that allows you to not only understand what you are saying in Tagalog, but to be able to say things in your own personality. Very patient and energetic! I have taken about 15 classes with him and think it is worth it.
