I have taught people different subjects, including Flemish and Dutch. I do believe that lessons need to be fun and interactive, as the more our brain is engaged, the more we memorize the things we are learning. Therefore I usually work around themes that my pupils are interested in and work further from there. I'm a kind, understanding, and patient teacher, but I do expect a certain autonomy and discipline from my students.我的課程內容與教學風格
Nowadays, I mainly focus on three things:
- Pronunciation (Flemish or Dutch): I will teach you the correct way of saying all our vowels, consonants, and combinations. I tend to give a spend at least a couple of lessons on this because an incorrect pronunciation is very difficult to correct later.
- Study- and motivational techniques. If you feel your motivation is low or you want to know if there are tools out there that would make your progress go faster, then I'll gladly help you with that.
- Conversation table: Once you're at a high enough level (B1-B2) to have some conversations, let's do that! It will always be about subjects you enjoy :)我的教材

Pieter is an excellent Flemish language instructor. He is very well prepared and attentive. Today we went over the Alphabet and some pronunciation rules. His explanations are so clear. It was a very fruitful lesson. Highly recommended!
