こんにちは！I'm Kei from Japan 🇯🇵
I used to live in Melbourne, Australia, and now I'm back in Nagoya, Japan.
I'm passionate about music—singing, playing guitar, and writing songs.
I especially love rock music, but I also listen to all kinds of music.
I played soccer for more than 10 years, and I support Arsenal ⚽️
Some of my other hobbies are watching movies and reading.
So if you're up for it, let's share some recommendations!

I learned English mostly by myself.
I've tried to learn English through various media
such as textbooks, movies, dramas, YouTube and apps.
And even now, I keep learning on a daily basis.
Here on italki,
I hope to help people who are learning Japanese on their own, just like me.
I am not a certified Japanese language teacher.
But I believe that there are many things I can relate to as a language learner!
僕は英語をほとんど独学で学びました。
テキストブック、映画やドラマ、YouTubeやアプリなど、
様々な媒体を通して学習を試みてきました。
そして現在でも習慣的に学習を続けています。
ここでは、僕と同じ様に独学で日本語の学習をしている方の手助けができれば幸いです。
僕は日本語教師の資格等は持っていませんが、

Basically, my class would be a conversation-based.
And you will learn Japanese by getting used to natural-everyday conversation.
But, if you have a request for a specific topic to follow, please let me know.
(Translating or explaining books, movies, manga, anime and all that)
I can also help you prepare for exams, interviews, JLPT, etc...
I will do my best.

Today's lesson was productive and fun. As usual Kei is very patient and speak in a speed that make it easier to understand. Whenever i struggle with words or make mistakes (of course), he will give suggestion on how to say it in Japanese and type it down. Thank you

Lesson with Kei-san is always fun. Kei-san is patience and clear in his explanation. I like learning through practice, in which I learn a lot of new phrases during the conversation. Thank you for being so encouraging :) Definitely recommended for beginners
