Beatriz is a really well rounded teacher, she is always well prepared and does a great job of mixing conversation with grammar. I asked to work on the subjunctive and she masterfully used our conversation as we started the class for an introduction to her prepared materials and even prepared exercises and a song to show the subjunctive in action. I loved my lesson with Beatriz! I only had a few lessons before her’s and felt that she did an amazing job making sure I understand. I loved that she speaks mostly Portuguese because I think it allows me to try to use context clues to understand what she means. As a result, I learn more! Definitely recommend!
