Kei Japanese Teacher

Sensei is always prepared in the class. He prepared vocabularies, and conversation samples depends on the topic. He gave me enough time to speak and teach me new words every time. I really enjoy this class.

先生ありがとうございました！We covered giving advice(s) to realistic situations... I suppose it's both the limitation of my language knowledge and my lack of ability to give good (gentle) advice making it hard for me to find the right words. Considering the difference in culture, the advice I'd say to people around me should not be the same as with a Japanese person... Nevertheless, it is interesting to learn how to be a better listener and advice giver (?) for a different culture :D

On today's class, we discussed the vocabularies related to food. I felt hungry during the class because of the topic haha. It's fun!

Kei-sensei is very helpful and patient. We mostly work on conversation, and he does a good job at meeting my skills where they are at, while still pushing me to learn the next thing. He comes prepared with materials we use to practice conversation. We try to speak in Japanese the entire time, but he has excellent English, so it's easy to ask questions, or clarify understanding of grammer.

Today's class is about 和食. I like Japanese dishes and I felt that it's not so difficult to cook. I'm looking forward to discover more unique dishes. 😊

Today, we talked about some useful conversation in the workplace and some rule in the meeting. It's really helpful for me. Thank you Sensei.
