Hi, I'm Jing, I'm currently living in Shenzhen, China. I used to work as a Chinese-English translator in Cyprus for 2 years, and did a 1 year volunteer work in the UK. I have a postgraduate diploma in specialized translation at KU Leuven in Belgium. The experiences I gained from living and working abroad give me advantage in helping you with Chinese as I understand the difficulties in between learning and utilize another language. Besides, I'm rather calm and openminded, we can discuss various topics together. 你好呀！我来自中国，目前住在深圳。大学毕业后我曾经在三个欧洲国家工作和学习，包括英国、塞浦路斯和比利时，并在比利时鲁汶大学取得翻译技术研究生学位。在不同国家的生活经验帮助我更好的理解不同文化。我很喜欢学习语言，也因此我了解语言学习中可能会遇到的难点，希望能对你的中文学习有所助益。 As a native speaker (Level 1 Grade B of Mandarin Level Test), I will be able to help with your pronunciation and grammar through conversations. In my opinion, the best way to master a language is to use it. 我认为掌握一门语言最好的方法就是使用它，作为中文母语使用者（普通话等级：一级乙等），通过我们的对话练习，我能在语音和语法上帮助你提高中文水平。在我看來，中文的文法（相較於大多數歐洲語言）其實相當簡單，但要掌握漢字卻頗具難度。因此，我個人認為口語方面應該相對容易掌握。我的課程以口說為重點。大部分時間我們會進行對話練習，我可以預先準備話題，也歡迎你在課前將感興趣的議題傳給我，以便我根據你的需求調整內容。如果你對漢字感興趣，我可以為你提供基礎介紹，讓你對此有初步了解。在我看來，中文語法相較於大部分歐洲語言而言更為簡單，因此開口說並不難，但掌握漢字則相對困難。多數時候，我提供的課程以幫助你提升發音和語法的對話練習為主。同時，我也為初學漢字的人準備了簡單介紹，希望能幫助你在學習漢字前對其有個大致的認識。
