Hello!
I enjoy traveling, driving, and cycling!
I’ve been to places like the UK, Thailand, Taiwan, Cambodia, the Philippines, Brazil, New Zealand, and Australia. In Japan, I especially love driving through natural areas like Nagano, Shikoku, Kyushu, and Hokkaido, and I’m eager to explore more of Tohoku in the future! I also enjoy stopping by “Michinoeki” (roadside stations) across the country to try local specialties from different regions.
My favorite foods are ramen, cheese, prosciutto, all kinds of meat, vegetables, of course sushi, tempura, beer, wine, and sake! I’m a foodie who loves both healthy and not-so-healthy foods.

After completing the 420-hour Japanese language teacher training course
Domestic (1 year) private lessons (American/Australian) and class lessons (multinational)
Cambodia (2 years) for technical internship candidates
Philippines (2 years) for technical internship candidates and special skill candidates

I would love to be your practice partner.
I kept the price low because it's not a grammar class and I want you to feel free to participate as many times as possible.

I always genuinely look forward to talking with Ichirou! I am always amazed by how he can tailor his vocabulary and speed of speech to match my level of understanding. He always has something interesting to talk about, but also is a patient listener and is kind enough to talk about topics that I have interest in when I bring them up. Despite always naturally being nervous I will say or do something rude, Ichirou's patience and kindness always helps make me feel comfortable to be myself and be willing to make the mistakes I need to in order to improve. Plus, he is a great conversationalist and interesting person, so I genuinely enjoy our conversations as conversations and not just as lessons. 30 minutes of talking once seemed like an eternity, but now it feels too short. You won't find a better teacher!

Ichiro Sensei is a very good teacher ,
On the beginning of my lessons I used to speak only 30 minutes since I didn’t believe I could withstand one hour of speaking Japanese,,
After several times , I was so encouraged to speak for an hour.
Now the hour pass very fast.
