Duilius is an excellent teacher! I have studied Latin for many years, but wanted to improve my speaking skills. We are currently reading and discussing Cicero’s De Natura Deorum in Latin. It’s both challenging and extremely rewarding!

Take Latin with Duilius, just do it. You'll be glad you did. Yes, it'll be intimidating at first to hear him talk ONLY Latin to you, but it is the best way to learn. Be willing to be confused, to be uncertain: I assure you Duilius will be patient with you. He will help you and you won't see any sign of impatience. As I've seen, Duilius knows speaking Latin is a huge jump for people, so he takes it slowly. Besides, learning Latin is a great way to learn the structure of language applicable to many languages.

He is willing to share this knowledge with you patiently and using the best method available to us to learn Latin (the direct method). There are few tutors that can teach you as well as he can. I've had dozens of lessons with Duilius, any my Latin ability has increased enormously. We have steadily worked our way through Lingua Latina Per Se Illustrata: Familia Romana. I got the book before I had a tutor, thinking I could learn on my own. No, not so. I have made more progress with Duilius than I ever could have by myself.
