I taught Arabic and tajweed rules in Syria for 3 years to non-native speakers from Russia, Malaysia, Turkey, China and the UK.
I have been teaching Arabic and Tajweed to natives and non-natives in Algeria since 2011. Before and during achieving my MA in Arabic language studies, through to the present, I have been working as a professional teacher in high school and also as a private tutor.
I have taught intensive Arabic for two years in Algeria to non-native undergraduates from Kenya and Nigeria, and intensive business Arabic to people from the USA and Spain.
I've helped students in thier preparation for Edexcel GCSE exam in Arabic of Cambridge.

To make the study enjoyable, we will use a variety of original materials depending on your level, interests and age.
I focus on my students' weaknesses and make them my priority, helping to make the Arabic language more clear and easy.
I can also teach Middle East (Levantine) or North Africa dialects, or both of them, with a focus on the main differences between them and standard Arabic.
If you want to learn Qur'an tajweed the correct way, this is your opportunity.
I believe my methods are are effective and I am eager to help students reach their goals as quickly as possible. I will guide you step-by-step through the journey of learning.

I had an excellent lesson! Imene helped me to learn a short dialogue (e.g. hello, how are you, etc..). Now I know some useful phrases to use with my co-workers and students. She customized the lesson to my situation and focused primarily on speaking, because that is my greatest area of need. Thank you so much!

Ustazah Imene has very high didactic skills as a teacher! She immediately recognizes the student's strengths and weaknesses and thus, has a structured but also very individual approach to the student's abilities. I have always struggled with finding the motivation to learn Arabic in the past, however am finally breaking through the barrier since she has made learning Arabic very engaging and exciting. In case I have a question or make a mistake, she is extremely supporting and patient. 10/10 recommended unreservedly!
