I've always been passionate about teaching.
After I got my Bachelor's degree in Education in China, I decided to further my education in Canada, where I achieved my Master’s degree in Education. I have 8+ years of teaching experience both in China and Canada. I used to be a primary school teacher in China. I have achieved the teaching certificate and the Mandarin certificate. I am now teaching Chinese in Canada.

I can teach both Mondrian and Cantonese from 3-year-old kids to adults with no age limit as long as they are desire to learn Chinese. I will customize a unique learning plan for each individual depending on their levels and goals. My class will be super fun!

May has been really great to work with. She's really good at explaining grammar concepts and how words are used in different situations. Her classes are a great mix of conversation and learning new words/concepts/phrases, and she's really helpful in tailoring topics to what you need to know or what you're interested in. As an adult learner, I really appreciate her explanations!
