I graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor's of Science in Communication and jumped into the corporate marketing/sales world - teaching only part time to begin with. My family immigrated to the United States from Italy and while I was born in the USA, I spoke both languages at home so learning has always been a part of who we are. When I have free time I love traveling, movies, reading, writing, cooking, sports, and just being outside. I love meeting new people, speaking to them and learning more about their culture and experiences.我的教學經歷
I've been teaching English for 6+ years both online and in person. As a native English and Italian speaker and professionally certified teacher, I don’t just teach my students the basics. By using scientifically proven methods of language learning and ways I have seen work again and again, I teach my students how to build upon their foundations, create complex, fluid sentences, and how to become comfortable with the language.我的課程內容與教學風格
I tailor my lessons specifically to the needs of each student – be it exams, business English, or everyday English. I provide students homework and resources through college textbooks, videos, presentations, to best assist and identify where and how they can improve the most. While I do want my students to apply themselves not only just with me, but also on their own to improve, the most important thing we all need to remember when learning a language is to have fun!我的教材
