Hi, I'm Mariset!
While I am a dedicated Spanish teacher, I’m also a passionate linguist and cultural enthusiast.
My journey with languages began officially when I pursued a degree in Modern Languages, which gave me a solid foundation in grammar and linguistics. My education continues today as I finalize my Master's Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language (ELE)—meaning my methods are always current and effective.
I currently live in France, and this experience has taught me what it truly takes to adapt to a new country and achieve fluency. I understand the cultural hurdles and the excitement of using a new language in daily life.

I specialize in teaching English and French speakers (A1-B2). As a language learner myself, I know the biggest barrier is fear—so my classroom is always a patient, supportive, and error-free zone.
My qualifications (5+ years of experience and an ELE Master’s degree) ensure our time is focused and effective. I don't just chat; I use a professional method to help you:
- Understand difficult grammar (I can explain it easily in your native language).
- Practice conversations based on your interests (Travel, Music, Food).
- Achieve your specific goal (fluency, exams, career).

My teaching style is communicative, structured, and highly personalized. I use my academic background to ensure every minute of class is productive, but the focus is always on having you speak.
What to expect in my lessons:
Your first class is a diagnostic to set clear goals. Practice is targeted around your interests (Travel, Career, Music, Food). I prioritize your fluency by taking detailed notes of errors and reviewing them strategically at a later time. You will receive custom resources (not generic) tailored specifically to your needs and level (A1-B2).
