I was a Chinese teacher working in Singapore language schools for 4 years all together. I’ve once won the excellent teaching award.
My students were from little kids to adults and from different countries. And I also taught a few private students during these period.我的課程內容與教學風格
I will prepare suitable teaching content for different students depending on what they need. For example:
Children need to learn and understand daily language, family , and school-related knowledge. Adults pay more attention to social language and focus on their work areas. But whether children or adults, when it’s time for exams, I will help them prepare to improve their grades.
My major is Design. I have very creative way of teaching using pictures,videos, music, games or story telling. In addition to inspire interest in learning, it is easier to teach more complicated grammar and achieve good learning results.我的教材

This program usually covers various aspects of language teaching methodologies, linguistics, cultural understanding, and classroom management techniques specific to teaching Chinese.
Once you have the CTCSOL certification, it enables you to teach Chinese to non-native speakers effectively.

After half a year studying mandarin elsewhere this teacher opened up the language to me in just one lesson. Very clear in her way to explain things and also both a funny and interesting subjects. I’ll sure take more lessons ;-)
