Hello! My name is Yohan. I’m from Buenos Aires, Argentina 🇦🇷 Teaching while traveling is one of my passions. Languages have opened doors for me, allowing me to experience new cultures and meet amazing people all around the world. I also love learning languages and have recently been trying to learn French and Japanese. In my spare time, I also enjoy exercising, in particular swimming and water polo, and spending time with my baby Labrador dog. I look forward to hearing about your interests and discussing anything we may have in common!
我的教學經歷
I have been teaching English and Spanish, both online and in-person, for 6 years. I love teaching students from all over the world, so we can share about our experiences, cultures, and interests. I hold a 120-hour TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Education 📜 from the University of Palermo. I use a variety of materials, such as PowerPoints, readings, maps, audios, videos, etc. In this way, my students can develop the 4 modes of communication (listening, speaking, reading writing). I, like my students, I have learned foreign languages, so I know the difficulties that it entails. Thus, in each class, I try to create an interesting and captivating environment. While I provide feedback when appropriate, I generally try to conduct the class as though we are friends having a conversation. Our classes can be tailored to fit your needs, whether that be for business or for travel.我的教材

Yohan is an excellent teacher. In one class I have already learned so much.
I really like how organized he was and how he was able to quickly assess my level of fluency and began building a plan for me on the spot. I felt like he heard what my goals were and elevated them to the next level. He challenged me in reading, writing, speaking and listening. I am excited to take more classes with him.

I was very impressed with my first lesson with Yohan. He puts a tremendous amount of effort into understanding your goals and identifying the weaker parts of your language abilities so you can work on improving them together. He's charismatic, fun to talk to, and does a great job offering corrections in the chat. Even after just one lesson I would highly recommend Yohan and I'll be scheduling many more lessons with him.
