I have lived in the UK for over ten years, so English feels like my native tongue, and I know British culture well. I speak English and Cantonese fluently, have good Mandarin, and some Japanese. I enjoy playing guitar, and I love learning about cultures through talks, music, and food. I am curious by nature and enjoy meeting people, hearing stories, and sharing ideas.我的教學經歷

I have taught in both university and secondary school, working with young people and adults. Students say I am approachable and easy to talk to, as I aim to make learning relaxed and comfortable. I enjoy explaining difficult ideas in clear ways and always welcome questions. For me, teaching is about helping everyone feel confident with their learning. My lessons are practical and focus on English you can use in daily life. Instead of drilling grammar, I bring English alive through conversations and examples from music, films, and TV. We may analyse a scene or song together. I also include weekly spelling practice with words we’ve seen or that students want to learn. My aim is to keep lessons fun, useful, and confidence-building.我的教材
