Hello English learners! I’m Christopher, a TEFL-certified native English teacher from Canada with a clear North American accent. My 12-year career in film and theater taught me the power of storytelling—now, I help students master IELTS, interviews, confident conversation as well as proofreading and editing your CVs, essays, research, etc.
As a lifelong learner (currently improving my Spanish!), I blend my passions—music, film, and travel—into engaging classes. Whether you’re preparing for exams or casual chats, let’s turn mistakes into progress while exploring cultures together.

I was educated in Toronto, Canada, hold a diploma in Business studies, as well as a Bachelor degree in Sociology. I am TEFL certified and have experience teaching English online as well as in in class. I have also taught drum lessons and trained workers in the film industry.

Chris has helped me a lot as a proofreader and an editor. He not only corrected odd sentences and words, he also removed unnecessary part from the text, making the text clearer. Here is an example, he has changed “focus on more important things” with “prioritize.” I like edits like this, they really have improved the text.
