Hi! My name is Cynthia, and I’m originally from Hamburg, Germany. I speak German, English, and Spanish fluently, and I’ve always had a passion for exploring the world. By the age of 22, I had already lived in five different countries—Spain (Barcelona), England (Lancaster), Poland (Szczecin), and Mexico (Tijuana). I’m currently based in the beautiful city of Cancún, Mexico.
Professionally, I also work as the Supervisor of the office of the to the Honorary Consul of Germany in Cancún.
I’m also the proud author of the children’s book Two Little Astronauts, One Big Adventure, available on Amazon in four languages.我的教學經歷
I’m a passionate, open-minded teacher with over 10 years of experience. I speak English and Spanish at a fluent level and learned both from scratch, so I understand the challenges of language learning firsthand. My lessons focus on fluency, confidence, and vocabulary-building through engaging, personalized conversations. I’ve taught students of all ages, mostly adults who want to improve their speaking skills or prepare for exams. I offer structured, dynamic lessons customized to each student’s goals. After our trial class, I create a personalized plan that targets your strengths and areas for improvement. Lessons may include speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary and exam preparation to build practical, real-world language skills. You’ll speak most of the time, with my support and corrections. I provide clear materials, optional homework, and regular feedback to track progress. I also share effective study tips to help you practice smarter and reach your goals faster, because learning a language should be both fun and efficient!我的教材

Cynthia hat mir bei der Prüfungsvorbereitung sehr wertvolle Ratschläge gegeben. Den mündlichen Prüfungsteil haben wir viele Male geübt. Die Lehrerin hat die schriftlichen Aufgaben überprüft und Feedback gegeben (Vorschläge gemacht, welche Fehler korrigiert werden könnten). Cynthia hat mir Materialien und Dokumente geschickt, damit ich die Struktur besser verstehe und meinen Monolog verbessern kann. Es gab keine Peinlichkeiten im Unterricht. Außerdem haben wir sogar gelacht. Ausgezeichnete Lehrerin!
