Hello! I'm Amira, a passionate language tutor from Algeria, with over three years of teaching experience on Italki. I’ve had the pleasure of helping more than 300 students from all over the world achieve their language goals. Growing up in a bilingual environment, I’m fluent in Algerian dialect, French, Standard Arabic, and English.
My passions extend beyond languages ! I enjoy content creation, reading , and cultural exchange. These interests fuel my teaching style, where I create engaging, personalized lessons that cater to each student's unique journey.

As an experienced tutor working with learners of various ages, I’ve developed a teaching style that’s both patient and engaging. My focus is on creating a comfortable and supportive environment where students feel free to express themselves openly during conversations. I believe that learning should be both effective and enjoyable, so I tailor my lessons to match each student’s unique pace and interests. By encouraging open dialogue and active participation, I help learners build confidence in their abilities while ensuring that the learning process remains fun and rewarding .

Even though for some reason the Italki Classroom was giving us problems (most likely from my end) I appreciated how Mira was able to keep a great and positive attitude and help me when I was struggling with pronunciation in my French as well as answer all of the questions I had for French, and make me feel very comfortable in speaking with the little French I know. I will continue working with her to help improve my French.
