I was born in Cuneo at the foot of the Alps, but I’ve been living for years in the “red, chubby, intellectual” Bologna. I graduated here in Art, Music and Performing Arts, and now I combine my studies with my enthusiasm for languages in teaching!

I'm easygoing, cheerful and always happy to dive into any curiosity about Italy and the Italian language! Art, music, cinema, history, current events, travel, food, the beautiful (and tricky!) grammar... My interests are endless and every student brings new discoveries!
I strive to create functional, personalised lessons, going straight to the point while having fun 💫💪 Many students were able to pass exams, succeed in job interviews, navigate the friendliest and the most formal situations!

Focusing on your needs and interests, I will create personalized material that will make your journey with Italian full of discoveries! These lessons are ideal for gaining confidence with the language and learning clearly.
We can shift from grammar exercises to relaxed talks, from reading texts to pronunciation. Italian culture can be like an open book for you, with new stories and terms every time we meet. We can review the basics or explore the finer, seemingly trickier details of the language and turn them into a natural part of your speaking!

Non potrò mai dire abbastanza cose positive su Sharon. È così paziente, comprensiva e incoraggiante durante le nostre lezioni. Ogni volta lascio le lezioni di buon umore.
Sharon has a plethora of prepared lessons and fun games to facilitate learning new vocabulary and grammatical concepts, but she is also always willing to review or explain a topic I want to understand more. She is also always open to chit chat if there is something I randomly want to talk about and practice conversation. I learn a lot, but it always feels like I am catching up with a friend. She's an amazing person and teacher. Highly recommend.
