Hello everyone! My name is Takashi.
みなさんこんにちは、タカシです。
I was born and raised in Japan.
私は日本で生まれ育ちました。
I have lived in America as an exchange college student for 9 months.
大学４年の時にアメリカに９ヶ月間、交換留学生として留学していた経験があります。
So even though I still constantly make mistakes in English, I can communicate with you in English as well.
ですので、まだまだ英語でのミスは多いですが、英語を話すこともできます。
I've completed my master degree in Informatics, after which I've worked for a Japanese company as an engineer.
さらに、情報学で修士号を取得しており、またその後は、日本の企業に勤めていました。我的教學經歷
I myself have used Italki as a student.
私自身、生徒としてItalkiを使ってきました。
I have an Italki teacher who I look up to, and she helped me a lot with my English.
私の大好きなItalkiの先生がいて、彼女のおかげで英語を大きく上達させることができました。
I'll do my best to help you guys learn Japanese the way she did for me.

It was enjoyable learning with たかし. He asked questions and encouraged me to speak a lot during our trial lesson. He could always find interesting topics and initiate conversations,making his lesson very fun and engaging.

Just got my first trial lesson on italki and Takashi-sensei went me through in a great way. I really enjoyed the way how it was done.
Sensei communicated using both Japanese (for me to get used to) and English (for me to understand) and I loved it!
I came on lesson with zero knowledge, now I did a small step forward, and this is great. Going to come back soon!

Takashi sensei is great for conversation practice. I've been studying less than two years and I am just beginning to be able to speak, but he is very kind and patient and helps me with words I don't know yet. He also provides notes from the lesson so that I can study them later. He speaks slowly and clearly and is doing a good job matching my basic level. Although most of the time, we are speaking in Japanese, his English abilities are very good, so I can bail out if I get completely stuck.

Takashi-sensei is extremely easy to talk to. He is great at continuing the conversation and will answer any language questions you have during the conversation and note them down for you to view after class. I highly recommend him for speaking and conversation practice!
