Welcome!
My name is June and I'm a Community Teacher here in ITALKI. I am from the Philippines. So, that means I have a neutral English accent. I am also a University student taking up Bachelor of Arts in English Language.
Professionally, I have more than one year ESL (English as a Second Language) teaching experience online in which I've catered to all levels of students. Recently, I obtained my 120 hour TESOL Certification.
My interests include, writing short stories, reading, binge watching movie series, painting and journaling. I'm also super interested to learn Japanese and French. My passion is writing and I dream to be a published novel author one day!我的教學經歷
As a teacher, I mainly specialize teaching teenagers and adults. I am an easy going and the relaxed type and I want my students to feel at ease and enjoy their lessons without any pressure. I am a motivator and will encourage them to reach their language goals at their own pace.我的課程內容與教學風格
MY LESSON TYPES: (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced)
1. CONVERSATIONAL- Where the students can practice English/Filipino through chatting from a variety of topics. Like food, cultures, movies, hobbies and more. I will also give pronunciation corrections and useful expressions or phrases.
2. CUSTOMIZED LESSONS (Currently offered for English language only)This typically includes activities, basic grammar practice, pronunciation guides and idioms . But it may vary depending on the aim or goal of the student.
My teaching style is very simple, student friendly and manageable.
