French | Premium | CEFR | Daily - Business - Conversation | TCF - DELF - DALF | I’m Alexis, a graduate of Sciences Po and the Sorbonne, and a certified TCF examiner. I teach French through individualized CEFR-based programs. My courses use scenario-based teaching in an action-oriented approach. Each program starts by assessing your level, needs, and situations where you use French. I build a learner profile and course plan around your work, studies, exams, relocation, family, travel, or personal projects. I select the descriptors, tasks, activities, and materials that fit your profile. You receive between-session work, support, notes, and corrections. I design each course for one learner. For Business French, I work with emails, meetings, and documents from your field. For exam preparation, I focus on the test format, descriptors, and your current gaps. For general French, I build scenarios from your routine, projects, and priorities. I remember hesitating in conversation, searching for words, and losing confidence. That experience shapes my teaching: structured lessons, practice time, and control. A session may include vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, listening, reading, writing, discussion, or simulation. The mix depends on the task and competences. Progression follows scenarios from your context to develop reception, production, interaction, and mediation, with linguistic, pragmatic, and sociolinguistic competences when needed.
