What I like to do as a teacher is to first define with my students the goals of our classes, based everyone's different personality and intent. Then, I can create a customized experience to achieve the goals in a fun and interactive way. I also think it's important to always learn something new, even little details and I can provide little tipps and supplies to stay exercied. Lastly, I am sure that communication is key, so I always give and ask for feedbacks.
