Learning a new language is pretty cool and almost like getting a superpower. But I know from experience how scary it can sometimes be to talk in a foreign language. More often than not, people give up because they don't want to embarrass themselves by making a mistake. Which is a shame. Because mistakes are great. They show us where we can still improve.
