Multilingual Spanish teacher with more than 5 years of experience As a teacher I always try to focus on the needs of my students in order to make an adecuate, comprehensible, helpful, and also enjoyable class in which both of us can share our knowledge and help each other during the learning process. My goal as a teacher is to create a space in which students have the opportunity to have an enriching experience that transcends academic boundaries. Especially as ELE teachers, I think that the cultural aspects of our country and of Spanish in general are inherent to teaching. From my personal experience I know that learning a new language implies acquiring a new vision of life and expanding our consciousness to a world of new possibilities and that is what I always try to convey to my students.

Más de 17 años de experiencia I never thought that teaching could be the right job for me, but - here I am - seventeen years and around a thousand of students later. At some point, I realised that teaching had become a passion. My professional experience before italki was focused mainly on exam preparation both in English (e.g. Cambridge, Trinity) and German (Goethe Institut, telc) and included - apart from the usual group and individual, intensive and regular courses - level-testing and organising mock exams. For several years, I also worked as an English examiner and corrector at one of the universities in Spain. I hold a C2 Certificate in Spanish (DELE).
