My first lesson with Nihan was wonderful ✨ Firstly, I really appreciate how she did not immediately jump into conducting the lesson. She took the time to understand why I wanted to learn Turkish and proceeded to show me all the possible materials we can use during future lessons. We then went through some introductory topics using some of the materials. Nihan's explanations were very clear so I understood things perfectly despite being a complete beginner. She is also super friendly and encouraging, which made the lesson very comfortable for me. Can't wait for the next lesson! Teşekkür ederim, gorüsürüz 😊

Dr. Elif is an amazing teacher! She always prepares her lessons very creativly. Never a dull moment. Elif provides a fantastic combination of opportunities to speak, read, learn some grammar and practice listening understanding while using a wide range of "teaching tools": videos, audio, pictures, reading material, games and reviewing homework. On top of that she has a wonderful, warm personality - always in a good mood, positive and patient.

Umut is a kind and interesting person, and a supportive teacher. Her lessons are well structured, and she takes notes during class, which makes it easy to review what you've learned afterwards. She creates a relaxed atmosphere where you don't have to worry about making mistakes. She is encouraging and helps you build confidence as you learn. If you want homework, she provides a variety of exercises to work on between lessons. If you prefer not to have homework, that's completely fine too, she adapts to your preferences. I recommend Umut to anyone looking for a patient, flexible, and supportive teacher.

Aylin is extremely patient and readily able to answer complex or subtle grammatical questions in a satisfying way. Furthermore, she is friendly, understanding, and fun to talk to. As a Turkish teacher, she’s a native speaker, but clearly also has a thorough knowledge of the intricacies of the language and how to teach it. At least at my level, she teaches out of the New Istanbul textbook, which has never felt inaccessible, while maintaining enough of a pace through units to keep the material fresh. I feel very fortunate that Aylin’s class was the first I tried- I didn’t have to search long to find such a good fit.

Gülsüm is an amazing teacher. From the first lesson, she was able to amazingly understand my level and immediately adjust. She is not my regular teacher (I have normal classroom classes for my work), but she can somehow read my mind as to whether I understand a word or not. My time with her as really helped me in my studies. Definitely recommend her for all levels.

The teacher adjusts the course content and pace flexibly according to my level, which makes the lessons both effective and enjoyable. The self-designed teaching materials are well structured, progressing step by step while incorporating the strengths of many Turkish language textbooks. Every lesson is rich in content and keeps me fully engaged from start to finish. I really enjoy the classes and always come away feeling that I’ve learned a lot. Highly recommended!

I've been learning with Pelin over a year now and I cannot say enough kind things about her. First, you can absolutely see her Master's in Linguistics come through in her teaching, as she's able to speak and explain the grammar, etymology, and cultural nuances of language. Second, she's always on time, always attentive (actually, she keeps me focused not the other way around 😅), and always checks in about what I'm interested in and how I want to learn. Thank you, Pelin! Good teachers are a blessing and that you are!

I am really glad with Damla as my turkish teacher! She is very dedicated and reliable but most of all a very funny and creative person, so learning a new language and having fun and interesting conversations goes basically hand in hand:) Thank you for all your effort and your time so far, I am really enjoying it! 5/5 stars :D

I've had about 5 lessons with Mehmet so far. Mehmet is a highly experienced, qualified Turkish teacher. Moreover he speaks excellent English and teaches it too which means he has no problem explaining anything. I am not a complete beginner and needed someone who could help me progress from A2 which I've been stuck on for a while. I want to concentrate on conversational Turkish ( with some grammar support ). Mehmet is perfect. He has assessed my level and knows my strengths and weaknesses. He is always attentive, cheerful and prepared for lessons. I really look forward to our lessons and thoroughly enjoy them. I do feel if I'd found Mehmet earlier I wouldn't have got stuck. But later late than never as they say! I'm so looking forward to making progress with him in the beautiful language.

I absolutely love studying with Hüma. She makes learning such an enjoyable experience. Her teaching style is fun, dynamic, and incredibly clear, which helped me progress much faster than I expected. After just a few lessons, I was already able to hold basic conversations, something I honestly didn’t think would happen so quickly. She explains things in a simple, practical way and always adapts to my pace, which makes every session productive and motivating. I genuinely look forward to our classes each week.
