Bathroom. El baño puede ser: EL INODORO o EL EXCUSADO, LA DUCHA Y BAÑERA.

Room. It can be any room from the house but also bedroom. 
We use this word more than "dormitorio" or "habitación"

Laundry room. It is not really common to have one like this in Mexican Houses.

Floor. the actual ground or the first, second, third floor...

Roof. Usually refering from the inside of the house.
