As a teacher with 5 years of serious study and experience I've been able to use my skills to teach adults, teens and children, English, Turkish and German. I studied phonetics, linguistics and psychology and wrote my doctoral thesis on the cognition of language. I have been teaching German for many years to individuals and groups, face-to-face and online, privately and at the adult education center (VHS). In my final thesis I explored how cultural differences are manifested in languages and how they are mistakingly carried into target languages by learners. I have worked as a language teacher on almost all levels (except with toddlers and children). I have taught groups and individuals at university and school level as well as in business environments.
