I usually read self-improvement books because they are helpful for my mind. Recently, I’ve been reading a book titled ‘Why has nobody told me this before?’. However, I’m having difficulty understanding it because it’s in English. I’m learning English, but I’m a beginner. I watched a YouTube video of the book’s author, which was impressive. It’s also helpful for my mind. I have high expectations for this book, and I hope to finish it and understand it fully.

I didn't have my bedtime routine until I had my baby. He is 14 months old. Because of him, I started having my bedtime routine. Basically, he is a late sleeping baby. We give him a bath after his dinner, and then, put him in his sleepsuit, this can help to protect his belly from being uncovered. Once his sleepsuit get ready, I'll bring him to bed, if it's still early, we'll play a bit on bed, and then I'll feed him milk. Yesterday, I forgot to go joggings and only when I closed the door, did I remember about the thing I forgot. Because I committed to go joggings every day for at least 3km or I will pay fine, I just thought about discipline and I went out at 10 p.m. I am so grateful I am in a group and it help me improve myself.
