・住宅ーじゅうたく　人が住む家のこと

・社宅ーしゃたく　会社で借りている部屋



例文
・今は自宅におります。

・中学の時は帰宅部でした。

・宅配便で送りました。

・住宅ローンで生活が苦しい。

・社宅なので、家賃は安いです。
