Les parents de Marc ont un appartement à Paris, dans un immeuble de six étages. Du salon, on a une vue splendide sur la Seine et la tour Eiffel.
Marc a une télé et une guitare dans sa chambre. Il fait de la boxe. Il est aussi photographe.
Julie fait du ski et du vélo. Elle va au jardin des Tuileries quand il fait beau. C’est là qu’elle rencontre Marc. Elle est musicienne et étudie le piano au Conservatoire.
Julie a un chien, Chouchou, très intelligent : il comprend le français mais pas l’anglais.

今天想和大家聊一聊【精神内耗】的话题。当今的社会人们的压力越来越大，精神内耗这个词也更频繁地出现在社交网络。所谓精神内耗，一般是指心理健康范畴中的消极情绪，包括焦虑、紧张、困惑、后悔、多疑等等。精神内耗严重的人，通常会想太多，要求太高，然后产生一种无形的压力。关于精神内耗，我们来听听罗翔老师是怎么解读的。
只要人生存在就一定会有损耗的存在，但是问题就是在说这个内耗它得在一个合理的区间。就刚才余华老师说的是你得找到这样一个出口。这个内耗不会彻底把你给耗死，对吧？这个内耗呢，它会让你在危险中碰到了一种机遇，所以可能还是得有一种积极的眼光去进行看待。因为说实话很多时候环境我们改变不了，但是呢，也许你看待环境的眼光呢，能够做一个选择，做一个乐观的一种选择。因为人生不就这样嘛，累的时候就得睡一睡，躺平当然得躺了。难道你晚上睡觉的时候不躺平吗？站着睡觉吗？不可能嘛，对吧？躺平有时，积极有时，休息有时，然后工作有时。所以在某种意义上，就很多时候我们不是停留在想，而一定要去做。你其实想的话你损耗会很大的，那个CPU占的能量会特别大，也许啊。那做的时候呢，可能就会慢慢地让自己变得平静。因为人生它就是非常地复杂，而且每个人所碰到的境遇它其实是不一样的。为什么我们说我们去阅读，我们要阅读人类伟大的一些作品，也就是探究不同的人在不同的情境中会做一些什么样的选择。我们很难给出一个普遍化的结论，我们只是觉得作为人的话呢，他一定要拥有一种智慧去进行选择。大家都非常熟悉啊，尼布尔所说的一段话，就是对于可不能改变的人请给我力量让我去接受；对于可以改变的，给我勇气让我能够改变；但更重要的是要让我们能够拥有这种智慧去区分刚才两者的不同。如果是一些根本无法改变的，你跟它耗耗耗也耗不了。但是如果有些事情是我们可以去改变的，那我们为什么不跟它耗一下呢？谁怕谁呀，对吧？那更重要的可能还得拥有这种智慧，要区分哪些可耗哪些不可耗。你要跟可耗的去耗，跟不可耗的你就别跟它耗下去了，对不对？有的时候它得及时止损啊，对吧？
