私の最近ハマっていることはインド料理を作ることです。
先日電子レンジで作れるインド料理のレシピの本を見つけて、Kindleで買いました。週末はその本に載っていたビリヤニ（Biryani）を作りました。とても簡単においしく作れたので、今度はカレーのレシピに挑戦したいと思っています。
ご存じのとおり、インド料理にはスパイスがたくさん必要です。私の場合は、以前にカレーを作るために買ったたくさんのスパイスがあったので、それを使っています。
驚いたことに、この話を何人かの生徒に話したところ、インド料理にハマっている生徒が二人もいることがわかりました。もしかしたら世界的にインド料理のブームが来ているのかもしれません。
私の住んでいる街にはインド料理のレストランが一軒もないので、インド料理を家で作れるのはとてもうれしいです。
皆さんはインド料理が好きですか？家でカレーを作ったことはありますか？

・ 私は北海道で生まれて、北海道で育ちました。
・ 今は札幌に住んでいますが、 18歳までは北海道の北のところに住んでいました。実家がそこにあります。
・ 今は大人なので、雪が降ると嫌だなと思う。
・ だけど、子供の時はとても楽しかったです。
・ 雪が降ったばかりだと、雪がふわふわしていて、その中に飛び込むのがすごく楽しい・ 高いところから、雪の中に落ちるっていうのがすごく楽しかったですね。

・ 北海道の雪はサラサラしてるから、で雪合戦（ゆきがっせん）はできない。
・ そりすべり

☆北海道の南では、雪合戦ができるようです。
