The Human Resources (HR) department plays an important role in every company. HR is responsible for hiring new employees, training them, and helping them grow in their jobs. They also make sure that the company follows the law and treats all workers fairly. HR deals with salaries, contracts, and employee benefits. When problems happen between staff, HR helps to solve them. They also organize events to keep workers happy and motivated. In short, HR supports both the company and the employees. Without HR, it would be hard to keep the workplace running smoothly and positively.
