It is never too late to take exercise. Everyday activities such as cycling, brisk walking, housework, DIY, etc. all help. Aim for activities that boost strength and help your coordination and balance. Try to ensure a minimum of thirty minutes of intense activity several times a week. I love hula-hoop dancing. I don´t think that just anybody would be able to do 30 minutes of intense physical activity daily or several times a week. I mean that would depend on the kind of shape/ fitness level you´re in. Me, personally, I enjoy running. Cheers!
