My native language is English, and many have already pointed out that 愛 means "love" in Mandarin Chinese (It just so happens to mean "love" in Japanese too. The Hirigana for it is あい).
However, I suppose I could point out how to say "love" in a language that I don't think people have brought up yet.
To say "love" in American Sign Language, there's actually two ways to express it. The first way is expressed by seemingly kissing your fist (you don't have to, actually) and pulling it away from your mouth a bit. That demonstrates your "love" for a thing or object, like your love for coffee.
The second way is simply crossing your arms in an X formation over your chest. That typically means your "love" for a person.
There's actually a third way, but it's more of a phrase than just the word "love". It's kind of hard to explain the handshape, but I'm sure many of you know the hand formation for when Spider-Man shoots a web, right? Take that and turn it upright. When you briefly move that sign toward someone, it means "I love you."
I have to say it's rather cool.
