Nasi boran is one of traditional foods from my hometown. Basically nasi translated as rice and boran is a big bowl made of bamboo. So, nasi boran is rice in boran where boran as the container. There are chicken, tofu, tempeh, vegetables and chili sauce over there. Nasi boran is my favorite food, I bet you all need to try it but it is kind of spicy food:)
