I am definitely sure that the best diet for weight loss is not just drink water and eat little vegetable each meal.A proper diet consists of fresh vegetable, meat, noodles or bread.A variety of nutrition are necessary to our body.If you are chubby, I congratulate you that it is better than skinny.A healthy physical condition is the base of working and living.If you keep having healthy diet and don't eat too much or less every day, I am sure that your weight will be in a reasonable range all the time.The gym will be the perfect place you want to go and the people who are working out there will give you some wonderful suggestions about diet.Have you ever seen some one who are fat or skinny after exercising for many years?
