It's not surprising that as an Italian my favourite food is pizza. I eat it two or three times a month, often with my friends in one of the many pizzerias nearby. I also like it because it is never the same, you can choose a lot of toppings and there are many ways to make it. Perhaps the pizza that I love the most is the one with sausages and cardoncello mushrooms. Thanks in advance for the correction 😊

I would make the same correction as Vicky Portuguese, and delete "my" in the sentence ....... often with (my) friends in one of the many pizzerias nearby. That's it.
