In my country, when people feel sad, they go to the amusement park, eat a lot of yummy food, go running, or play games on their phones. So, people have a lot of ways to be happy.

1. "run"单纯是个动词。我们要表示跑步运动的话，"go running"是比较常用的。 2. “yummy food”有点像小孩子的说法，"good/nice food"听起来好点儿。 3. 每个项目不用带"or"。最后一个项目以前放一个"or"就可以。
