Welcome to your French learning journey! I’m excited to be your guide.
I have a master’s degree in teaching French as a Foreign Language and more than 5 years of experience with online and in-classroom teaching. I am also a lifelong French learner and passionate about French culture and art.عني كمعلّم
Together, we’ll explore fun activities and exercises that will help you brush up on your speaking skills. I’ll help you train your ears to listen carefully and understand what French people are saying. We’ll exchange opinions, ideas, and past experiences in French, and before you know it, you’ll be speaking French confidently on the street.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
I tailor my lessons to your current level and interests:
- For beginners, I offer various teaching methods and activities such as flashcards for vocabulary, French dialogues with audio and transcriptions, and grammar exercises.
- For intermediate and advanced students, I blend free-talk sessions with analysis of newspaper articles or short videos.
If you have specific goals, I'm here to help you achieve them, whether it's passing an exam, reading your favorite book in French, understanding French songs, or preparing for a job interview.

Interpreter for FrenchI worked for 2 years with francophone refugees from Africa as an Interpreter, which allowed me to learn more about less common but very interesting cultures such as Burundian, Congolese, and Cameroonian. Supporting them through every step of their asylum-seeking procedure enriched me both professionally and personally.

Because Kristina has herself learnt French, and from an entirely different language at that, her explanations of some of French's more notorious facets are excellent, even for me, an English speaker, and even in French. Excellent as always.

Kristina is incredibly adept at tailoring each class to my needs. Today, she introduced me to dictées (écouter) that are more appropriate to my level than ones I found on my own. The homework she provides me also introduces new vocabulary. Her instruction encompasses the “complete package” -- listening, writing, speaking and learning new vocabulary in context. She is so very patient and kind too -- truly an exceptional teacher.
