I am Gisela, a dedicated and passionate Spanish instructor with over 22 years of experience in teaching students from diverse backgrounds and helping them achieve their language goals. My teaching philosophy revolves around creating personalized lessons tailored to each student's unique objectives, whether it's preparing for the DELE exam (B1-B2), enhancing conversational skills for travel or work, or simply achieving fluency in Spanish. My multicultural journey, having lived in Mexico, Cuba, Asia, Spain, and the U.S., has enriched my understanding of different cultures and dialects, allowing me to bring a nuanced and authentic perspective to my lessons.عني كمعلّم
My approach to teaching Spanish goes beyond the traditional, blending comprehensive language instruction with a deep appreciation for the cultures that speak it.
From the beginning, I clearly explain the sounds of Spanish and we practice linking so you can understand native speakers even when they talk fast. Additionally, I provide practical daily tips to help you progress quickly and effectively.
We also address the fear of speaking and explore strategies to overcome it with confidence. My priority: to create real-life scenarios that allow students to interact with native speakers from the start, making the learning experience authentic and dynamic.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
I employ an eclectic teaching method that integrates various pedagogical approaches to best suit your learning needs.
In my classes, I use top textbooks, digital resources, videos, and my own materials. While I help you master grammar, I focus on speaking skills and interacting naturally in both formal and informal settings. To make your Spanish sound real, I’ll recommend podcasts, movies, music, videos, and more for your personal practice.

Pour mon premier cours avec italki, Gisela a pris le temps de discuter avec moi de mes objectifs. Puis elle m’a posé des questions sur mes centres d’intérêts pour me pousser à m’exprimer. Gisela s’est appuyé sur la vie culturelle espagnol pour nos échanges. À la suite du cours, Gisela m’a transmis le vocabulaire et les notions que nous avons abordé pour que je puisse travailler pour les cours suivants. Merci beaucoup Gisela pour ce premier cours !
