I live in Denmark and I am a native Danish speaker. One of my interests is to help people with learning languages. I enjoy it both as a way to talk people from around the world, and as an opportunity to explore and analyze the languages I teach. And then I just love seeing people improve and achieve their goals.عني كمعلّم
While I like my lessons to have a casual and relaxed atmosphere, I also like to challenge my students. I have a vast collection of teaching material, and I like to find something for each student that’s both engaging to them and which challenges them.
Think of lessons with me as a gym for your Danish. You might be a exhausted at the end, but you will see results.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
I have three styles of classes that I offer:
Reading and conversation. We will take a text suitable for your level of Danish and read it together, building up your vocabulary and working on your basic pronunciation. If you feel ready for it, we can also do some conversation in these classes.
Pronunciation. We will take exercises from a pronunciation textbook and go through them together. We will be repeating words and phrases together until you have mastered all aspects of Danish pronunciation.
Test preparation for Prøve i dansk 2/3 or Studieprøven. We will go through and practice with old tests, and I will give you all my tips for how to perform the best at these tests.موادي الخاصة بالتدريس

Another great chat with Simon based on Studieprøven. This time we tackled a question titled ‘the ageing society’, discussing the reasons for and consequences of demographic shifts in developed countries. Feels good to keep pushing and developing my fluency.

Good overview of Danish pronunciation in a short lesson. If you want to have your pronunciation assessed, this is a great way to do so. Lots to take away and work on.

Endnu en dejlig snak med Simon - we began by discussing a newspaper article and used that as an entry point into an oral question from Studieprøven. Simon always manages to bring my best Danish out of me.
