I do think however, that it's okay to make plenty of mistakes since this is a big part of learning a new language and also from what you learn the most. So during our conversations or an exercise I will mainly let you go ahead and discuss some corrections later, instead of constantly interrupting you. The most important thing is that you get a lot of practice with the language, that speaking Dutch becomes comfortable for you and that you show progress instead of shutting down because you're striving for perfection :)

A patient, friendly and professional Dutch teacher Characteristics that are important to mention and define me as a teacher: 1. I am patient. There is no point in rushing new grammar rules if the student(s) are lost. The student should never feel rushed. 2. I am sociable and friendly. This will make a lesson more and enjoyable for both the student and myself. I am also very interested in the student. I believe that a student learns better and quicker if the teacher shows genuine interest in the student. 3. I am creative. I have been a musician all my life. I believe there are many different and alternative ways of learning a language rather than just doing exercises from a textbook.

Gammar lessons from zero/ Time for every time zone/ 4+ years experience with every nationality I am very patient. I think it's important to make it fun and not forced. We can talk about anything you want, i am interested in many things so i can learn a lot from you! Don't hesitate to ask questions, non questions are stupid. My favorite quote is "Cogito ergo sum"from Descartes, it reminds you about that we don't know anything in life but life itself and that we should always be open to new information because we will keep learning until we breath our last breath. My next favorite quote connects to the last one and goes like this "the more you know the more you know you don't know" from Aristotle. Which basically means that you have to realize how much you don't know.
