I have lived in Thailand for 6 years. While exchanging languages with Thai pharmacists and staff at the pharmacy at work, I became interested in Japanese language education and began to study in earnest. Our lesson will require us to speak in Japanese as much as possible. If you need to ask any questions in English, it's ok. But you should try it in our lesson! I regularly use Vietnamese with my colleague, subordinates and counterparts and sometimes communicate with customers around the world in English.
