    As per Oxford Dictionary, the standard usage is "bored with," which is used in formal speech and writing. And the more recent and common usage is "bored of." BUT it is NOT used in formal speech and writing. So, both have the same meaning, but one is standard, and the other is common.

    Well, it's an old expression, "To Dig Someone/Something," which means "To Understand/Like Someone(/Something)." Well, it's rarely used now.

    The above mentioned meanings are what you need to know; however, not here! Here, the expression "Dead on One's/Its Feet" means 'no longer useful'. So, your sentence would mean: "That movie is dead on its feet" = "That movie is No Longer Useful."
